Lisa Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim has a BA in Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, England with extensive experience in business management and consultancy. She is a qualified and experienced professional with approximately 11 years of experience in business management, with strengths in strategic planning, marketing, management and the formation of successful strategic partnership of various companies in the private sector of Brunei.

Lisa has specialized knowledge in Conference and Meeting Management with past experience in the organization and management of large-scale conferences and events for APEC, GASEX, YEAB and others in Brunei Darussalam. Lisa's experience also includes the delivery of various training workshops within and outside of Brunei, numerous public speaking engagements, and the focus of several television documentaries and as a representative of Brunei in the international arena in APEC, ABAC, PECC and numerous Young Entrepreneur conferences.

Lisa is the President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association in Brunei (YEAB) and was one of its founding members. She is also chairperson of the Awareness Working Group under the E-Business Program Executive Committee (EBPEC) under the auspices of the Brunei National Information Technology Council (BIT Council). She also holds a position as a national committee member of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) and represents Brunei in the e-ASEAN Business Council.

She has also recently been invited to be a member of the Scenario Planning Group for the Future Development of Brunei's Youth under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Brunei and to sit on the Committee of Local Product Development & Product Promotion, under Ministry of Industry & Primary Resources.

Lisa's contribution to the welfare and development of Brunei's private sector, culminated in her being presented with the Global Leader of Tomorrow Award in 2003, by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Lisa has recently been accredited as a member of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) and is currently running her family's Architectural business as well as her own company, LILS Management Services, while acting as a director for various local companies and fulfilling her role as President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Brunei. Lisa is also happily married with a young 4 year old daughter.
