LILS Management Services is a sole proprietorship set up on 13th August 1997, located at 201, 2nd Floor, Block B, Chandrawaseh Shopping Complex, Mile 1, Jalan Tutong, BA1712, Negara Brunei Darussalam. We are locally established 100% owned Brunei Company, which is wholly owned by a local young entrepreneur - Dyg Lisa binti Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim.
LILS Management Services started operation in 1997 to fill a gap and form a niche in the Brunei market. The initial services offered by the company centred around helping small businesses to start up in Brunei. These services included registration of business names, incorporation of Private Limited Companies and subsidiaries, registration of branches of foreign companies and searches on companies.
Three years after its inception, LILS Management Services expanded its services to offer Company Secretarial services, Temping Services, Application of Labour Quota and License Rampaian. This expansion of services has ensured that the company is continually evolving into a company offering complete Business Management Solutions in Brunei.
Most recently LILS Management Services has ventured into the Human Resource Solutions and Company Strategic Planning Solutions area.
